Sunset at Wellington Point... Again



This was taken a few months ago. The sky was amazing. I whooped with joy as I took this photo. I hope to get a few more pictures like it in a couple of days...

  1. Gorgeous sunset! The colors are wonderful. Looks a lot warmer there than here. Our skies and sunsets are all dreary and grey at this time of the year.

    1. I live in subtropical Queensland, where the skies are often spectacular, so yes, I get my fair share of good sunsets. The problem is that I'm usually nowhere near a photogenic spot when they hit. This time, for once, I was in the right spot at the right time.

      Would you get envious if I told you this photo was taken in mid-winter? :-)

    1. Thank you! My immediate surroundings are safe, although there does seem to be a fire raging near a spot where I was hoping to do a photography shoot one of these days. I may have to postpone that shoot a little while...
